Video blog: Having a bad day?


See below for the latest installment of my video blog. It’s been a bit, so sorry about that. This one is to help if you’re having a bad day.  Not that you should be getting those often but you never know when they will creep up!

Out of breath? See the link for some tips to help your breathing while you’re running. For most people breathing is an afterthought when you’re out running. This will give you some tips and tons of info on the subject.
